Can you play Call of Duty: Warzone on a Mac?
Short answer: No. Warzone requires RICOCHET Anti-Cheat's Windows kernel-level driver, which Wine-based tools like Grapple can't load.
What we know
Activision's RICOCHET Anti-Cheat includes a PC kernel-level driver that turns on when you launch Call of Duty: Warzone (and Black Ops 6 / Black Ops 7) and turns off when you close the game.
Wine, which Grapple is built on, runs entirely in user space and can't load Windows kernel drivers. AreWeAntiCheatYet lists Warzone as broken on Linux/Proton.
On Steam, Warzone is part of the "Call of Duty" app, which lists Windows only and DirectX 12.
What to do instead
There are no Grapple settings that get around a kernel-level anti-cheat block, and we won't suggest workarounds that could get your account banned. If the publisher offers cloud streaming, that runs on a Mac; otherwise it needs a Windows PC.

Why doesn't Call of Duty: Warzone work with Grapple?
Call of Duty: Warzone relies on RICOCHET Anti-Cheat, which uses a kernel-mode driver on Windows. Grapple is built on Wine, which runs Windows programs in user space without a Windows kernel, so that driver can't load — and the publisher doesn't allow Wine-based layers. The same applies to CrossOver and other Wine-based tools. Only the game's developer can change that.
Will a future Grapple update make Call of Duty: Warzone work?
Not by itself. Anti-cheat blocks like this are decided by the publisher, not by compatibility tools. If the publisher changes its policy, we'll re-test and update this page.
Is there a Mac version of Call of Duty: Warzone?
Steam doesn't offer a macOS build of Call of Duty: Warzone; it's listed for Windows only.
