Mac compatibility
Can you play Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on a Mac?
Short answer: No. Black Ops 6 runs RICOCHET Anti-Cheat's Windows kernel-level driver, which Wine-based tools like Grapple can't load.
What we know
Steam's own store page for Black Ops 6 carries the disclosure "Uses Kernel Level Anti-Cheat: RICOCHET Anti-Cheat".
Activision says the same thing: the Call of Duty titles RICOCHET protects use a kernel-level driver for every player on PC, and it is required to play.
Grapple is built on Wine, which runs Windows programs in user space without a Windows kernel. A kernel-mode anti-cheat driver has nothing to load into, and no Grapple setting changes that — only the game's publisher can.
AreWeAntiCheatYet lists Black Ops 6 as broken on Linux/Proton — Proton is built on Wine, like Grapple. Steam lists the game for Windows only with DirectX 12; the DirectX version is not what stops it.
Steam lists Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 for Windows only. There is no Mac version.
What to do instead
There are no Grapple settings that get around a kernel-level anti-cheat block, and we won't suggest workarounds that could get your account banned. If the publisher offers cloud streaming, that runs on a Mac; otherwise it needs a Windows PC.

Test record
Not tested by us: the block is documented by the publisher or anti-cheat maker (see sources), and we don't try to bypass anti-cheat.
FAQ
Can I play Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 on a Mac?
No. Black Ops 6 runs RICOCHET Anti-Cheat's Windows kernel-level driver, which Wine-based tools like Grapple can't load.
Why doesn't Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 work with Grapple?
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 relies on RICOCHET Anti-Cheat, which uses a kernel-mode driver on Windows. Grapple is built on Wine, which runs Windows programs in user space without a Windows kernel, so that driver can't load — and the publisher doesn't allow Wine-based layers. The same applies to CrossOver and other Wine-based tools. Only the game's developer can change that.
Will a future Grapple update make Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 work?
Not by itself. Anti-cheat blocks like this are decided by the publisher, not by compatibility tools. If the publisher changes its policy, we'll re-test and update this page.
Is there a Mac version of Call of Duty: Black Ops 6?
Steam lists Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 for Windows only. There is no Mac version.
